Serving Burr Ridge
Drive time from our Orland Park base: roughly 25 minutes northwest. Burr Ridge is on our northwest route with Hinsdale, Western Springs, and La Grange.
Corporate park work is a different discipline, and it is a real specialty here. A multi-building corporate property needs four things a house does not:
One design that holds across every building. On a five-building park, the whole thing fails if building four looks like a different decision than building one. We design the property as a single problem - consistent color temperature, consistent run heights, consistent treatment on rooflines and entries - so it reads as intentional from the lot and from the interstate.
A schedule built around operations. Installs happen early mornings, evenings, or off-days. Lifts and crews stay out of main entrances and drive lanes during business hours. On multi-tenant property we coordinate with management so tenants get advance notice.
Documentation a facilities manager can file. Insurance certificates, scope documents, fixture specifications, and a defined in-season service response window written into the agreement.
Service that means something in December. A dark building in the second week of December is a real problem for a business. Response expectations go in the agreement, not into a handshake.
Interstate visibility is an underrated asset here. A well-lit corporate facade along the I-55 and I-355 corridor is seen by a very large number of people every single evening for two months. That is worth taking seriously in the design - the elevation that faces the highway should be designed for how it reads at speed and at distance, which is a different problem than how a facade reads from the parking lot.
Estate residential. Large lots, long setbacks, mature trees, substantial elevations. Every run measured and cut on-site, all-clip attachment, nothing fastened into stone or millwork.
Ice-storm construction throughout. Tightened clip spacing, minimized unsupported spans, sealed connections, commercial-grade product.
Takedown and storage included.

Why permanent LED usually wins on commercial property
For a corporate park or a multi-tenant building, permanent is typically the stronger financial decision, and the reasons are operational.
It removes a recurring annual install-and-remove line item - plus the annual scheduling exercise, the lift access coordination, and the tenant notices. Twice a year, every year, becomes once.
Consistency, permanently. Every building matches every year, rather than depending on which crew did which building in which October.
Control without a work order. Re-color the facade for a holiday, a company event, a tenant milestone, or a Bears playoff run from a phone rather than a purchase order.
And no lift on an icy lot in January. In a Chicago winter that is a genuine risk-and-cost avoidance argument, not a convenience one.
