Serving Frankfort & Mokena
Drive time from our Orland Park base: roughly 15-20 minutes southwest. Frankfort and Mokena are close-in for us and get consistent crew coverage through install season.
Big elevations with a lot going on. Much of the housing stock out here is newer and larger - multiple gable faces, dormers, a garage wing on its own line, stone veneer and detailed trim across the front. That is excellent raw material for lighting, and it makes the install a measuring job rather than a package job. Every run measured, cut, and terminated on-site, with the plane transitions planned deliberately because that is exactly where a rushed install looks obviously wrong from the street.
Nothing gets attached to the stone. All-clip attachment to shingle, gutter, and fascia only. Nothing stapled, nailed, or glued to stone veneer, cast columns, or finished trim.
Open-prairie wind and ice storms. Out here the wind comes across open farmland with very little to slow it down, and December through February brings heavy snow and ice. Tightened clip spacing, runs cut to minimize unsupported spans, sealed connections, and commercial-grade LED and clips rated for wind and snow load. This is the technical difference between a system that looks the same in February and one that half-fails in January.
Family market, family features. Column wraps, lit garland over the door, matching wreaths, and tree uplighting are standard parts of the plan out here, quoted separately so you can pick.
Takedown and storage included. January into February, labeled and stored at our facility.

Permanent lighting in Frankfort & Mokena
This is one of the best permanent-lighting markets in the territory, for two reasons that have nothing to do with prestige.
These houses were built to be looked at, and Chicago is dark. It is dark by 4:30pm from November through February and grey for months. A permanent LED roofline means the front elevation you paid for is visible on an ordinary Tuesday in January. Warm white as the standing look reads as architectural lighting rather than decoration.
It gets used constantly in a family market. This is not a Christmas product. Orange for Halloween. Red and green in December. Bears navy and orange on a Sunday. Cubs blue or Sox black through a playoff run. Blackhawks red. School colors for a game, a homecoming, or a graduation party. Green on St. Patrick's Day. Red white and blue for the Fourth. Changed from your phone in seconds. That usage pattern is the reason it stops feeling like a seasonal expense.
